Which of these 2021 beauty trends should we take into the new year ??

 

Every year comes with different striking and picturesque beauty trends, and a fresh year is always exciting for beauty lovers like myself who can’t wait to see what trends the year beholds while others are anxious to set the trends. Well, whichever you are, it is just as exciting. On this episode, we should review some of the outstanding beauty trends that came with 2021 as the year comes to an end.

1. GRAPHIC LINER-  This was the highlight of the year. The different waves graphic liners brought is definitely something to behold. The creativity and colours was always looked out for. Year 2021 graphic liners left the walls of magazines pages and runways and became a day to day thing. Graphic liners was used for fun, to pop your makeup, to be different and to stand out, Would I want graphic liners to stay 2022, Definitely!

2. GLITTER LINER- This is the cutest beauty trend so far. Every party at every corner had atleast 3 people rocking a glitter eyeliner. You want a nude look with a Tini-tiny bit of shimmer then glitter liner is your go to look. I found it really cute and Yes I would want it to stay come 2022 or any other year😁.

4. OVER-LINED LIPS- Surprisingly everyone wanted their lips looking fuller, I remember year 2019, people concealed the outer corners of their lips. It was different this time as people outlined their lips and made it look even fuller. Do I want this trend to stay, Maybe....Of course yes.

5. NUDE LIPS- Ombré lips was a thing in year 2020 and one would have thought it would have remained this year but the amusing fact is nude lips took over 2021, no one was doing purple over pink and purple on red ombré lips. Instead over-lined lips with a brown pencil topped with any shade of nude was the trend for year 2021. Yes, I definitely want to see this trend into the new year, but does nude lip really ever go out of trend🤷🏽‍♀️. (Photo credit- @jglamzz)

             

6. SOAP BROWS- Natural looking brows was the trend this season, lighter strokes and less concealer, I would love to see next year.

7. LESS PRODUCTS- Now that using of less products is a thing. We can all save our beauty products 😉. But on a more serious note, thanks to some beauty gurus this year, we realised that we don’t need much products to achieve a flawless look and little is even more👍🏽. A trend that surely should be kept!.
