When working with a client whether a celebrity, your best friend, a family relation or a complete stranger, always keep in mind that a client is a client regardless of whom the person is, so keep it professional when working. Be friendly and easy to converse with but do not cross the line with unnecessary conversations and questions. You are there to render a service , only in cases where a client would prefer being conversational, but remember your clients have different personalities and preferences ,study and treat them accordingly. Do not force a conversation down a clients throat.
* DRESS AND LOOK WELL
You should at all times look good, smell nice and dress well. You never know when you might come in contact with a client or a potential client. People believe what they see. If they see you can’t take care of yourself then why trust you with their skin. Be clean at all times.
* USE SAFE AND ORIGINAL PRODUCTS
Your customers would trust you when you use products that are safe and wouldn’t cause any form of irritation on their skin. Therefore it is very important to use safe makeup products. To be professional you need to have genuine care for the skin of your clients.
* LOVE YOUR WORK
You should love your work and skills at all times. Keep the enthusiasm you had when you started. Always remember why you started and set reasonable goals to achieve.
